Our History

Over 50 Years of Automotive Excellence

From a single Cadillac dealership to a multi-brand auto group, the Quantrell family has been serving Lexington, Kentucky with integrity and passion for more than five decades.

Where It All Began

In the early 1970s, the Quantrell family opened the doors to their first Cadillac dealership on Leestown Road in Lexington, Kentucky. What started as a small family business built on trust and hard work has grown into one of Central Kentucky's most respected automotive groups.

A Legacy of Service

For over 50 years, Quantrell Auto Group has been a cornerstone of the Lexington automotive community. The dealership was founded on a simple principle: treat every customer like family.

Through the decades, Quantrell has grown from a single Cadillac franchise to a multi-brand dealership representing Cadillac, Subaru, and Volvo — three brands united by a commitment to quality, safety, and innovation.

The Quantrell Family

Today, Quantrell Auto Group is led by Bonnie Quantrell Jones, who continues the family tradition of hands-on leadership and community involvement. Under her guidance, the dealership has expanded its facilities, embraced new technology, and maintained the personal touch that has defined Quantrell for generations.

Community First

The Quantrell family has always believed in giving back. From supporting local schools and food banks to sponsoring community events, Quantrell Auto Group is more than a business — it's a neighbor. The Quantrell For Life promise extends beyond the showroom floor and into the heart of the Lexington community.
